If you order your furry friend online and choose the delivery by courier, parcel machine or pick up from store, you will receive the ready stuffed toy with a soft heart inside beautifully packed in a giftbox with a blank birth certificate included in the box, which you can fill out by yourself. If you also order clothes, they will be inside the gift box separately, so you can dress up your furry friend yourself once you receive it. With this type of order and delivery you cannot choose the scent and/or sound for the toy. If you wish to have full experience, then we invite you to visit our store. You can also use Click and Collect feature on this page to make sure, that item is booked for you for 24h. You will see your furry friend come to life as you will take part in the toy stuffing process, perform the heart ceremony and choose the scent and/ or sound if you wish to purchase them to furthermore personalize your new furry friend. You will fill the birth certificate in the store and you will also have an option to purchase the gift box or toy carrier bag for the ready made toy.
